traffic rules, sense & decency should be made strictly mandatory everywhere - even on the highways

Traffic situation in chennai is very very bad.we can only plead and request our chief minister to solve this problem on war foot basis and very urgently.Pls build more bridges,on every junction & level crossings,widen roads,reduce width of the plotforms when roads are conjusted,remove plotform encroachments;remove trees,blocking the traffic;remove trucks parked permanently on roads hampering the traffic,stop digging of roads, especially in summer,all of them are dug out,smoothen the roads,fill up pot holes,which are dangerous to two wheelers;

Congestion not because of the roads. But because of the senseless drivers. 1000 flyovers and 1km wide will not help unless drivers have some common sense and patience to drive.
