meghna common.. eating street food is the essence of being indian.. most of us have survived on the chaats all our life in case the dabba from home isnt there. also how can we forget the sudden cravings to eat gol gappas or allo chat..
yes a little hygiene wont do any harm.. but regulating them is claerly out of question.

virendra srivastava govt,should register these vendors and make parameters for selling food items.
