ISCO Steel Plant causing industrial pollution
This is Burnpur,in West Bengal, situated on New-Delhi to Kolkata train route.It`s pitiable that no one from the Pollution Control Board has paid attention to this heavily polluting 'ISCO Steel Plant', releasing a foul smelling red smoke in the air.
