Gandhigiri at Rajiv Gandhi Medical College
Interns and students from Rajiv Gandhi Medical College,Thane sent flowers and "GET WELL SOON" greetings to the Union Health Minister Dr. Ambumani Ramadoss as part of their protest against the extension of their course by an extra year.
The students and interns further stressed again that they are not against rural service which already is of 3 months duration in the current curriculum.
A signature campaign was also organised which saw an overwhelming response from the professors and doctors of the college.
