Challenged or Handicaped - Indian says Invalid
It is generally accepted now that using the word handicapped for someone is demeaning or incorrect. Hence we now use physically challenged. But Indian (Airlines) chooses to call them "invalid". Just another reflection of how competent and intelligent our folks in public sectors are in general.
