This tempo, hit my Santro car and completely wrecked the headlight and also scratched my car(I cannot see the LP number) . It happened this evening near Bannerghatta Road,Bangalore, on the by lane opposite Mantri Elite. If anyone can get the license plate number out of this photo, I would like to file an FIR.
Not only did he hit my car but he did not even have the courtesy to stop and enquire. I request your assistance in getting this person's license plate number.
