ट्रेफिक पुलिस का ये कैसा कानून है?
अलवर 09-04-08 ,अलवर के ट्रेफिक पुलिस का ये कैसा कानून है ?, आम इंसान के लिये हेलमेट जरुरी और इन पुलिस वालो के लिये? ये हालात है अलवर शहर के मुख्य चोराहे " भगत सिंह " का जहा इस तरह के नजारे आम बात हो गयी है ,अब जब कानून कि रक्षा करने वाले ही कानून तोडेगे तो फिर आम इंसान के द्वारा कानून कि पलना कब तक सम्भव रह पायेगी है?
